Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized/customized products
    • Gun care products (chemicals, oils, etc.)
    • Opened eyewear for hygiene reasons

Important: For safety reasons, all airgun mounts, archery accessories, and tactical equipment must be returned in their original protective packaging. We cannot accept returns of items showing signs of use or installation attempts.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Sheffield-based customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Sheffield facility at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of archery equipment or tactical gear:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. For high-demand items like compound bows or crossbow bolts, we recommend checking stock levels before initiating an exchange.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For free shipping orders over $50, we deduct the equivalent standard shipping fee ($12.95) from your refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
